In 2018, while pursuing a criminology degree and planning to become a police officer, life shifted dramatically after a car accident and job loss. My cousin, an entrepreneur, suggested I try working with balloons for his party tents.
What started as a laugh turned into a passion after I tried making balloon garlands from a YouTube video. That’s how "It’s Poppin’" was born! Now, I bring unique themes to life, with every event becoming a one-of-a-kind creation. We’re not just about balloons; we’re about making unforgettable celebrations that turn your vision into a reality.

Started from Scratch: My balloon artistry journey began after a life-changing car accident and a little push from my cousin, who encouraged me to try balloon decor.

Accidental Inspiration: I had no clue about balloon decor until I stumbled upon a YouTube tutorial on creating balloon garlands — and got hooked.

From the Ground Up: My first balloon project was for my nephew’s 4th birthday, where I improvised by attaching balloons to a wall with metal mesh from Rona.

Family Business: I started solo, but now It’s Poppin' is a family affair, with everyone pitching in, from my beloved grandpa holding balloons to my dad managing transportation along with my mom inflating balloons.

Detail-Oriented: My balloon designs go beyond decorations; I ensure the event’s details flow cohesively, from the welcome table to centrepieces.
